- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds (These are great, and on sale this week! http://amzn.to/2j0Jfq5 )
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 C unsweetened *milk
- 1 tsp stevia
- 1 Tbsp flax seed
- Optional toppings
- Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
- Add berries, unsweetened coconut flakes, and/or almonds for toppings when ready to eat.
- *I recommend organic, canned coconut milk. Other options: unsweetened almond milk or organic cow’s milk if tolerated.
